Returns, Warranty & Guarantee

Change of Mind Returns

We accept change of mind returns within 7 days of delivery.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging.
A $5 restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damage and packaging.
We will offer a full refund or replacement at no cost to you.

Natural Crystal Variations

Crystals are natural materials and may vary in colour, shape, size, and inclusions. These natural variations are not considered defects.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

-Used or altered items
-Clearance or sale items
-Items damaged after delivery
-Custom or intuitively selected items

Return Process

All returns must be approved before sending. Unauthorised returns may not be accepted.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after the return is received and inspected.
